Open Wefts Cap Sky from the Noriko Collection features a classic wefted cap that has open wefts and permatease in the nape for maximum ventilation and light wear. A standard wefted cap, often referred to as the simple or classic wig caps, consists of stitched-on hair tied to fabric strips referred as wefts, then woven around the head of the cap to replicate the growth of natural hair - making it an extremely commonly used and least costly cap designs currently available.
The open wefted cap is like its traditional version, but it is more natural in appearance and feel as its wefts are not as dense with some breathing space in between every row of wefts. As it's less likely to become loose over time, it's often preferred by ladies with sensitive scalps that require wigs of lighter weight.
Caps that are hand tied come in many designs. Each fiber is individually tied onto the cap for an appearance that is more natural and light feel. However there is a chance that the ventilation won't be as great. In addition, wigs like these may require extra care due to their fragility requires more care than wefted cap wigs.
Permatease Top For an authentic parting and crown area, permatease style synthetic wigs are the perfect solution.
